Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager Victoria, you will be responsible for establishing CPA Australia as the preferred accountancy designation for a portfolio of targeted employer partners.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing new member recruitment prospects by targeted employer partner to determine value.
Developing and implementing account plans for top-tier employer partners.
Developing and implementing tiered contact plans for all targeted employer partners according to value and priority.
Investigating and assess new employer organisation prospects and adjust portfolio accordingly.
Reviewing and assessing account and portfolio results regularly and determine actions necessary to achieve objectives
The Successful Applicant
The role requires a passionate and driven individual with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. You will have proven business development experience and be skilled at presenting and managing relationships at C-Level within ASX 500 businesses. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and communication skills combined with a professional and mature approach to sales.
