This leader in the Global Food Industry develops, manufactures and delivers quality ingredients and products worldwide. They have established manufacturing facilities in 23 different countries and international sales offices in 20 other countries across the globe. This company is on the growth trail. The Sanitation Team Leader position is a newly created role and as such will report to the Production Coordinator. This is a hands on supervisory role, focussed on maintaining the site Sanitation Program as well as working closely with management to co-ordinate and assist with development of new procedures. You will need to have excellent safety awareness and attention to detail to ensure that the cleaning tasks are carried out to the relevant QA standards. The successful person will be a strong team player with the flexibility to work across shifts when required. Essential Criteria: • Effective communicator • Effective planning, prioritising and organisational skills • Critical thinker and decision maker • Computer literacy • Understanding of production measures • Proactive and positive approach • Minimum 2 years FMCG experience preferably in the food industry • Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable • Knowledge of sanitation requirements • Knowledge of GMP & HACCP requirements To submit your application, please apply online using the appropriate link below.
