Our client, a nationally recognised consultancy, is seeking a Senior Environmental Consultant for their Gladstone office.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Developing new business and maintaining existing client relationships
• Providing technical advice on environmental obligations and legislative requirements
• Team building and mentoring
• Environmental assessments and planning
• Acid sulphate soil investigations
• Ground and surface water investigation
• Environmental Audits
• Rehabilitation and Closure planning

You will have the following qualifications, experience and personality traits:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Project Management experience
• Prior experience in a senior position within a consultancy
• Thorough understanding of related legislation.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proactive approach to work
