We require a committed and talented individual with the motivation and desire to excel in all aspects of management, customer service and selling, for our Collingwood store location. Previous experience in retail management is necessary. As the assistant manager you will be responsible for all aspects of running the store, including maintaining customer care standards, achieving KPI's of sales, wages and shrinkage targets, and the training and development of staff. You will be required to: - Manage a strong, experienced team
- Achieve monthly budgeted sales
- Merchandise, store and replenish high volumes of stock
- Manage rosters, wages and overheads
- Maintain store presentation
- Help recruit, induct and train staff when required
- Complete weekly & monthly store administration tasks
To be considered, you must have: - Previous recent and relevant store management experience
- Strong people management and people development skills
- Extensive experience in managing high volumes of stock
- A passion for our product and a view to progress within the business
