About the role: In this role you will be responsible for managing and expanding one of the CBD's successful Australian retailers. You will provide training and sales support to existing staff aswell as maintaining a high level of customer service and personal sales. Reporting directly to the Area Manager , you will work closely with analysing key sales trends and translate to staff to aid in client attraction. You will ensure that you are up to date with key looks and help to implement fashion styling training across the brand instore aswell as developing a loyal clientele base. You will be responsible for: - Achieving weekly and monthly sales budgets across store and personal sales
- Recruit and train/induct new staff into the business
- Manage customer relations and build on an existing loyal database
- Build brand awareness by being an ambassador for this label
To be successful in this role you will have: - Experience in Store Manager of more than 18 months
- Team training and development skills
- Demonstrated sales experience in a driven sales environment
- Experience in a fashion environment is desirable
- An understanding of styling
- Confident, engaging communication skills
