Are you a STORE MANAGER/BUSINESS MANAGER with furniture experience who can hit the floor and lead from the front? Looking for the best of the best in WA, this role oversees the operations and sales management of the flagship store in WA. Located in the homemaker village at Osborne Park and covering over 3000 square metres of floor space, this store will provide endless opportunities to challenge the targets, and ensure maximum sales performance.

As a Store Manager/Business Manager you will be directly responsible for;

• Ensuring personal and team sales budgets are achieved.
• Lead the team to sales success.
• Performance Manage, develop and succession plan all staff and conduct appraisals and assessments.
• Liaise with the General Manager in regards to store, team and operational performance in store.
• Ensure customer service standards are adhered to, and monitored.
• Management of all controllable expenses and budgeted areas
• Inventory management.
• Merchandising and store presentation.
• Administration procedures.

• Proven track record in retail management over 5 years in retail management role working to budgets and KPI's and ensuring complete achievement of these
• Experience leading a large team or big box retail environment
