With several new stores opening throughout NSW, our client is keen to find a committed, motivated and professional individual to become the Store Manager of their Hurstville Store
General Duties of the Store Manager will include:
* Managing the day to day running of the store
* Visual Merchandising
* Delivering high level Customer Care
* Managing and maintaining the security and safety of the store
* Recruitment, training & development of staff
* Overseeing stock levels and quality goods
Essential Requirements:
* At least 3 years Store Manger experience (Ladies Fashion essential)
* Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication abilities
* Potential to progress into more responsible position in the future
* A passion for customer service and sales achievement
