Store Inventory Manager - Victoria Point As the Store Inventory manager you will be responsible for managing the receiving, receipting & processing of all store merchandise to the shop floor as well as forecast, plan & prioritise daily work & resource requirements. You will be required to demonstrate: - Previous experience within a similar role and a proven track record in influencing and negotiating with key business decision makers.
- Proven interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience within a Big Box retail department store and a sound knowledge of store operating procedures
- Exceptional communication skills
- Effectively manage the timely receipting of merchandise
- Ensure that all merchandise is filled into the store in a timely manner and that correct merchandising and security procedures are adhered to.
- Strong leadership skills effectively leading teams of 5+ staff with a strong focus on TEAM
- The ability to develop relationships across all levels.
- Possess the ability to maintain a safe work environment for all staff and customers.
- The ability to make decisions, problem solve and think on your feet within a fast paced environment.
