Within these stores is a diverse product range of apparel and intimates including; Kidswear, Ladieswear & Menswear. Working within an open and consultative management structure you will have the freedom to share ideas and help take this business to the next level. To be part of this exciting opportunity you need to be an Assistant Store Manager or 3IC that is looking to make that next step. You MUST also be experienced in the following; - Dealing with high stock volumes ;
- An expert understanding of Visual Merchandising & creative approach;
- The ability to identify potential and succession plan your top performers;
- Ongoing training and development of your team;
- Recruitment – you will be responsible for the recruitment needs of your store;
- A strong business acumen – the ability to analyse P & L reports;
- Achieving sales targets and budgets; and
- A natural ability to motivate your team to get results.
