• a proven track record as an assistant store manager in retail
• the ability to lead by example and drive results
• strong delegation and organisation ability in completing store procedures
• a flair for sales and enjoyment for meeting and exceeding KPIs and store budgets
• an intelligent approach to both customer service, sales and creating a unique and fun sensory experience for the customer in every opportunity
• a genuine love for tea and all things tea related !
