An Assistant Manager is currently being sought for the Hornsby branch. The company was established 30 years ago and has progressively grown to have representation in every state and territory in Australia. The format of the stores is mid-priced cosmetics, skincare, haircare, health and home products. If you have managed a team of 5 or more staff in a consultative retail envirnoment with high volumes of stock, and preferrably health and beauty products, this could be the role for you! To be considered for the role you must have: - 3 to 5 years experience managing a team of 5 or more staff in a retail store
- Have demonstrated experience with consultative sales and exceptional customer service
- An interest in health and beauty products (desirable)
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
- A desire to progress your career through training and developing your team
