Adecco is looking for suitably qualified Lineworkers / Linesmen to help with the maintenance and upgrades of our clients Over Head High Voltage Systems. This is a unique opportunity to join a company as it goes from strength to strength and as a result we are looking for the best in the industry. To be considered for this role you will need the following:
- Qualified in an Electrical Trade (Power Distribution) or a registered Traction Line worker
- Practical experience with construction, maintenance and servicing of OH LV and HV lines and associated hardware
- Demonstrated understanding of OHS principles and standards
- Preferable is experience in traction overhead systems
Experience in analysis and preparation of reports are an advantage, you must be able to work as part of a team and be able to support other members in all situations. With a role like this safety is of the utmost importance, both for employees and general public, experience with OH&S issues will be viewed favourably.
Experience in the public transport industries or power distribution is an advantage but not essential; you must have electrical trade qualifications.
