Our client is a global company who provides integrated solutions to support the critical infrastructure needs of our customers in the core markets of Minerals & Metals, Oil & Gas, Power, Transport Infrastructure, Water, Communications, Social Infrastructure and Property.
In Australia they employ more than 7,000 people and are one of Australias largest engineering and infrastructure service providers. They support their customers on a national basis including large blue-chip companies, state government departments and more than 350 local government authorities.
They are looking to bring on 2 Team Members to join up with their crews to commence on Feb. 27th. These positions will start off in Melbourne (North West) for the first Tour and after that you will be working on Projects around the country with 90% of the work but out of Melbourne
These roles will be on a roster of 19days on (3weeks) and 10days off. On your off week you will always have 2 full weekends off!!
There are up to 12-13 guys on any one crew.
On-going work all year round they follow the SUN!!

Duties/Skills & Attributes:
- Competent to work unsupervised
- Compliant to basic requirements for site induction
- Various Plant operations as follows
- Bulker driver ability to driver semi tanker of bulk emulsion product (non DG basically bulk liquids)
- Feeder driver rigid or semi trailer trucks used to transport raw materials (aggregate and liquids) from stockpile location to paver, drive in straight line whilst unloading and then reload and repeat on job training provided
- Loadmaster man on machine tasked with coordinating and unloading the feeder trucks, on job training provided. Physical and manual handling requirements.
- Machine driver person who drives the paving machine
- Water cart / water recycler / texturing machine driver basically rigid truck drivers
- Bob cat operator / loader operator ability to operate load shifting plant
- You will need a Semi License
- Need to be proactive and a hands on workers, this is not a position that you will be just sitting on your back side
Manual tasks such as walking and light hand tools (similar to raking and shovelling)
Ability to drive and operate semi trailer trucks, road ranger gearboxes but also able to perform manual tasks and work as part of a team in close knit quarters.
