<p>Seeking a <b>Mobile Maintenance Manager </b>to join the team with an international construction and contracting mining company. </p><p></p><p>This role reports to the Plant GM and is FIFO from Perth on an 8/6 roster. </p><p><b></b></p><p><b>Duties include but are not limited to:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a Mobile Plant management strategy for the company </li><li>Develop and implementation of a Mobile Plant maintenance management system</li><li>Management of the Maintenance Services Business (Base workshops)</li><li>Develop a safety first approach to the operation and maintenance of Mobile Plant and equipment within the mining business</li><li>Ongoing maintenance management of the Mobile Plant fleet within the mining business and ensure that it meets the budget expectations</li><li>Budgeting, forecasting and reporting of Mobile Plant performance on a regular basis</li><li>Training and development of staff, employees and in particular graduates and apprentices within the Mobile Plant area of the business</li></ul><p></p><p><b>To be successful you will have:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Management or Commercial qualifications</li><li>Maintenance Management skills</li><li>Minimum 5 years in Senior Management Experiencee</li><li>Extensive site experience </li></ul><p></p><p>Click on "Apply" now, please ensure that your resume is submitted in WORD format only.
