Are you Senior Field Assistant looking to further your career? Chandler Macleod currently has an exciting opportunity to work on an exploration site for a well-established Australian mining company. This position is FIFO from Perth airport, the role will be an ASAP start for a suitably experienced Senior Field Assistant.

Successful applicants will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Field Assistant with 2 years of recent experience in a Senior Field Assistant role. This is not an entry level position.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of a remote exploration project, including the coordination and management of field assistants. Other duties may include: overseeing sampling and core activities, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the camp, general camp maintenance, and liaising with external contractors and senior management.

The successful candidate will ideally possess:
- Experience in leading and motivating a team
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised
- Exploration sampling experience
- Exposure to the preparation and rehabilitation of drill sites
- Demonstrable experience working in remote locations
- GPS and 4WD Experience

Applicants that possess a Senior First Aid Certificate, High Risk Forklift Licence will be held in high regard.
