Our client is a wellestablished insurance broker with state of the art officesin the heart of the CBD. An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced claims consultant with previous financial lines exposure to join this friendly team.
Working three or four days per week, the role will entail you working within this dedicated department, working closely with colleagues to ensure service levels and client needs are adequately met.
Duties of the role include (but are not restricted to):

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders offering clear lines of communication

Negotiation of claims outcomes

Facilitating claims investigations

Interpretation of policy wording

Attending client meetings

A range of client reporting and analysis

Other administrative tasks as required
As the successful candidate, you will have previous experience with financial lines claims, ideally dealing with top tier clients. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong organisational skills. Legal qualifications will be highly regarded.
