A multinational insurance company situated in the CBD are seeking an experienced Customer service consultant to join their busy team.

This is a great opportunity for anyone that has worked within the industry before looking to return to work or somebody who is currently working within a customer service or administrative role.

The role will entail speaking and working on behalf of specialist internal insurance staff such as brokers and underwriters. You will provide administration support as well as high quality customer service skills.

Key Skills and attributes for this role include:

  • High level attention to detail
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft office including excel
  • Experience working to KPI's
