You are an energetic, outgoing and passionate learning practitioner who will be responsible for the training and development of people/teams within our existing clients. You will also be actively involved and responsible for growing your own portfolio of new business.
You will have worked extensively within the logistics industry previously and also have experience in delivering workplace based training, aligned to nationally accredited qualifications within the Logistics training packages (e.g. Certificate III in Transport and Logistics - Warehousing and Storage). While delivering these programs you use adult learning and development methodologies to maximise the learning outcomes of your trainees.
You demonstrate the following behaviours:
- You make sure that every person you train gets the most out of your delivery/session
- You develop sales opportunities in a creative way while actively exploring the market to ensure that you and the business maintain a competitive advantage
- You have a strong desire and ability to meet and exceed targets/outcomes relating to your clients and trainees expectations
- Most importantly, you have a passion for people and facilitate the growth of your trainees. You view all interactions with trainees as a coaching/mentoring opportunity.
The successful applicant will have:
- A Certificate IV in TAA or TAE
- Qualifications relevant to your area of expertise
- At least 1 years experience in workplace based training delivery
- A strong sales focus and commitment.
