Our Client, a leading publicly owned engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance (EPCM) services organisation, has an outstanding opportunity for a skilled candidate and talent manager. You will be involved in the initial identification of skilled talent through a range of search tools including LinkedIn and the e-recruitment system and will maintain regular communication with the identified candidate pool. This role will be a critical resource within the Recruitment Team and will be called upon to provide support to other team members.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A high level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop effective relationships and have a strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Previous HR administration skills within the EPCM sector.
- Have advanced Computer software skills.
