This role reports directly to the Founder and Managing Director and is an integral part of our growth plans for Head Office and Interstate expansion!
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
OHS/HSE 40%

Undertake a comprehensive review of OHS, Work place awards and Workers compensation across the Group and document all relevant information and maintain OH&S Handbook and register

Prepare the business for new OH&S and Harmonisation laws effective January 2012.

Liaise with the Managing Director and Finance Manager to develop and implement a group wide OHS/HSE policy including overseeing of workers compensation, work place awards and general insurance strategies

Manage all relevant day to day Health & Safety issues that arise
Operational Support 30%

Liaise with all relevant parties to take a hand in drafting, writing and presenting tender responses for clients including tender portal administration

Contribute to the evaluation and development of operational performance measures across all Inspire Recruitment employees for H/O and interstate

Continually review & monitor current operating systems, policies and procedures to ensure that they are the best and most efficient at the time and uniform across the group

Provide operational management and direction to the administration team to ensure they are providing appropriate day-to-day administrative support to the offices

Manage national supplier relationships, regularly reviewing to ensure that all operational processes are running smoothly and efficiently, and assist with negotiating state-based agreements with local suppliers

Ensure that agreed quality standards for the delivery of recruitment services is regularly reviewed and recommend appropriate action

Prepare and present Operational Management Reports at monthly Management Meetings

Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest operational development issues and provide appropriate recommendations to Director and Managers

Ensure that all operational activities meet with company requirements in areas such as quality management, health and safety, legal, human resources, insurance, environmental and the companys general duty of care
Office Roll-outs & Upgrades 5%

Plan and roll-out all new offices (and office upgrades) in line with company policies, guidelines & procedures, ensuring that they are (or remain) fully operational within agreed time and budget constraints
Human Resources 10%

Assist with the recruitment of the admin team

Implement & manage an online Performance Management System in line with ITCRAs training policy.

Continually review and update the new starter Induction and ensure use by management. This will also include development of a basic new starter manual for use country wide

Keep abreast of Human Resources legislation and ensure that Inspire Recruitment Group is compliant. This includes regularly assessing contracts of employment and terms of business
IT & Systems Management 5%

Ensure that the relationship between Inspire and our IT provider is kept at a sustainable and professional level including error/fault response times, new equipment needs and competitive pricing

Roll out upgrades in a timely manner, ensuring changes are well communicated and staff are comfortable

Investigate and select national supplier for telephone system and ensure consistency across all offices as well as competitive rates
Marketing - 10%

Development & implement an Annual Marketing Campaign & budget for the group. Includes jobsite upgrades, various print media, sponsorship, promotional products & e-marketing

Ensure marketing and promotional materials are well stocked and refreshed regularly in line with our brand

Collate and manage all e-marketing from Voyager
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
-
The ideal candidate will come from a similar role within another recruitment firm and will have at least 7 years experience within an Ops/Business/Admin focused position.

Of the 7 years we would like to see someone who has worked as an Operations Manager for at least 2 years
