REPORTING TO: CEO / Director Sales & Marketing THE COMPANY Executives Online Australasia is a division of ComOps Limited, a well established public company, providing quality Software Solutions to the Australasian corporate markets. ComOps has a national sales force, an impressive client list and existing marketing and IT support groups which will enable and support the next phase of growth. Executives Online has developed a quality operating system and global database with substantial advantages for sourcing permanent and contingent personnel at the managerial level [A$100K+]. It offers the corporate market a uniquely fast system with global reach. They will shortly introduce a wholesale model of great value to the larger corporate market. ComOps itself is on a substantial growth path which will create further opportunities for the selected applicant. THE ROLE The role is essentially a business development role marketing a unique recruitment process to the mid to upper level corporate markets, keen to utilise new social networks and technologies and avoid the high cost, slow response, limited reach recruitment agencies. THE CANDIDATE The role will suit a sales person looking to advance their career. They will have:- • Capability of developing quality sales initiatives leading to sustainable business; • Ability to market innovative system to established markets; • Experience in building client base from scratch & developing existing clients; . Understanding of alternative sourcing & engagement methodologies; • Competency & desire to develop a major business division; • Previous experience in recruitment agency or similar systems organisation, whilst not essential, will be an advantage.
The successful candidate MUST have previous experience in B2B or corporate sales.
