Our Client, based east of the Perth are a well known organisation and now require the services of a Human Resources Officer to join their friendly team of professionals. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a Part Time position, working 22.5 hours a week, you are given the flexibility of when you work. This is a 12 month contact.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for contributing to the day to day operations of the HR Department which will include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide support in the areas of training, development and salary negotiations
• Assist in developing policies and procedures
• Administer performance management
• Provide coaching and mentoring to management as required
• General HR generalist responsibilities
• Recruitment
• Compliance Reporting
• OH&S savvy

It is envisaged that your vibrant and enthusiastic approach along with your strong interpersonal skills as well as the following skills and attributes will see you successful in securing this fantastic opportunity:

• Outstanding communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Completed tertiary qualification in Human Resources management or equivalent - desirable
• 2-3 years previous experience in similar role
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent prioritising and organisation skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
