Award-winning Vinnies Ristorante in Casula is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Restaurant Manager for their busy restaurant, which seats over 160 guests. 

With a growing reputation as South West Sydney's Premier Italian and Seafood Restaurant, Vinnies is known for offering classic Italian food within a stylish but relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

As restaurant manager, you will be responsible to the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including the general run of house, stock control and rostering staff.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:

• Experience in a similar role.
• A positive and motivating attitude that is able to inspire and lead our team.
• Sound understanding of cost management and balance procedures.
• The confidence and experience to understand customer requirements and anticipate those needs.
• Possess knowledge of Italian food and wine
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
