Award-winning Vinnies Ristorante in Casula is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Restaurant Manager for their busy restaurant, which seats over 160 guests. With a growing reputation as South West Sydney's Premier Italian and Seafood Restaurant, Vinnies is known for offering classic Italian food within a stylish but relaxed and friendly atmosphere. If you're looking for an opportunity to grow in the hospitality industry within a vibrant family environment with perks such as holidays, on site parking and Mondays and Tuesday off, look no further! As restaurant manager, you will be responsible to the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including the general run of house, stock control and rostering staff. The successful applicant will demonstrate the following: - Experience in a similar role.
- A positive and motivating attitude that is able to inspire and lead our team.
- Sound understanding of cost management and balance procedures.
- The confidence and experience to understand customer requirements and anticipate those needs.
- Possess knowledge of Italian food and wine
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
