The role of Front Office Manager is vital for any business to be successful. Located 15 minutes from Ballarat, this boutique venue / resort is seeking a Front Office Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the General Manager, your major goal is to ensure the Front Office delivers excellent customer service to all clientele whilst providing optimum revenue and occupancy levels for the rooms division.
Other major duties include:
Develop and maintain appropriate public relations with guests
Formulate and implement new services that will provide and maintain a competitive edge
Recruit and select new front office staff as required
Set productivity targets for occupancy and yield
Assist with the promotion and up selling of the hotel and its facilities
Ensure information is promptly and correctly passed on to relevant parties clientele
To be considered for this role you will:
Have previously held a supervisory position
Be available for a full time hours (including some weekends)
Have excellent attention to detail
Have excellent communication skills
Be well presented
Have a passion for Customer Service
Be well organised
