We are searching for top performing culinary professionals to join our hardworking teams in a variety of outlets ranging from casual, premium, fine dining to banquets. You must be resilient and flexible with a positive can-do attitude to meet the demands in this fast paced and challenging environment. Also essential to your success is your excellent organisation and time management skills. You must be able to work a rotating 24 hour rotating roster including weekends, public holidays and overnight to be considered for this role. We currently have a variety of Full Time, Part Time and Casual positions available. What you need: - Passion for the industry is a must and continuous thirst for knowledge
- Must have experience in upmarket dining, high volume restaurants or hotel experience
- Sound knowledge of commercial cooking and experience working in an industrial kitchen
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team environment
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
- Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
- Ability to work across a rotating 24 hour roster including weekends and public holidays
