We are currently seeking an experienced Cafe / Store Manager for this fast paced cafe and retail outlet, situated in the Yarra Glen region.

The ideal candidate we are seeking will have supervisory experience gained within the hospitality and / or retail industry. This is a very busy cafe and operates from 6am until 6pm daily, so it is essential that you are available to work throughout the day, over a rotating weekly full time roster.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Experience in a supervisory role within a cafe / fast food outlet
• A proven ability to lead and train your staff
• Skills to build and drive the sales
• Knowledge of RSF and OHS procedures
• Stock and labour control
• Experience with opening/closing procedures
• Excellent cash handling & EFTPOS skills
• Proven Barista skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
