Performing a highly consultative, highly creative and highly interactive role this fixed term contract will appeal to those who enjoy all the analysis, planning and design of highly interactive learning solutions but are happy to hand over the delivery!

Working as part of a extremely creative and professional Design team charged with the delivery of highly interactive content rich adult learning solutions, you will apply your past experience in the coordination and design of blended learning solutions (Online & Face to Face).

With a highly consultative approach to your internal clients and stakeholders you will work to assess and measure skill gaps across a number of intiatives. You will provide sound advice and develop solutions, taking into account organisations strategies, processes and resource allocations.

Essential skills required:
Previous success in the ability assess, analyse business requirements, ensure compliance and alignment with Organisational Objective
Experience in the planning, coordination, design and development of both Online and Face to Face Adult Learning solutions
Ability to enage with stakeholders, solve issues and manage expectations
Sound understanding of Project delivery methods, ideally Prince2
Proven ability to work within highly creative teams, manage timeframes and maintain standards
