Company : A top 100, private Australian company offering interior, project and construction management services for commercial, healthcare, hospitality, education, retail.
Position Description: As a Contracts Administrator you role will be: - ensuring that statutory and regulatory approvals have been obtained
- conducting negotiations with building owners, developers and sub-contractors
- consulting with architects, engineers and other technical workers involved in project
- developing project schedules and budgets
- monitoring progress of project expenditure and take corrective action
- liaising with Managers, Clients, Supervisors and co-ordinating the efforts of others to achieve completion of project to suit client needs
- maintaining regular contact with new, existing and potential clients
Requirements: - qualifications in a relevant discipline
- trade background in building/commercial interiors
- computer literate- Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Office (Word,Excel)
You must be self-driven, results oriented, strong communication and presentation skills, proven negotiation skills, sound judgment, ability to meet deadlines, ability to interact with others at all organizational levels, project budgeting, and project estimating.
