·           Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

·           Proven ability to deal with complex customer enquiries in an inbound environment

·           Flexibility to evolve as the centre grows to full capacity

·           Ability to work in a highly monitored environment and meet KPI's

·           Experience in Insurance will be highly regarded
