Our client is Australia's leading independent provider of hearing healthcare services and products with over 80 permanently staffed clinics throughout metropolitan and regional Australia. They lead their competitors in service and technology by employing a highly qualified team of professional audiologists, each with extensive experience in all areas of hearing loss, including rehabilitation, hearing loss preventions and the latest instrument filling technologies.
They are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Professional to join their clinic in Bulleen. You will be confident, have exceptional organisational and time management skills. Along with that you will have outstanding Customer Service skills and have experience in working to KPI's and sales targets.
Your own vehicle is required as you may be needed to travel to other locations if needed.
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm. $38k plus super.
SECOND LANGUAGE OF GREEK OR ITALIAN ESSENTIAL
As a Customer Service Officer your main duties will include:
Working towards individual and branch KPI's
Performing hearing screening checks
Providing high level of customer service and administrative support
Cleaning and minor repairs on hearing aids
Confirming and scheduling appointments
