We are actively recruiting for highly motivated staff to join their professional, multiple award winning Contact Centre Team.

Initially starting in the inbound call centre located on the south eastern suburbs of Brisbane, this dynamic and stimulating role will see you working with existing clients with a focus on delighting each client with every interaction and transaction.These permanent full time positions are ideal if you are seeking a long term role. This challenging, but rewarding role involves general enquiries and discussing market information with clients about their managed funds. A focus on customer support and education means that you will always be striving to make a difference to your customers. Customer retention is a key focus of this role through the delivery of service solutions and administrative tasks that assist every customer and build strong relationships in line with our client’s strong customer engagement focus.

There are several full time roles available, all working between the hours of 8.00am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday (NO WEEKENDS!).
