A Rostering and Reporting Analyst is required to join their team due to maternity leave.
Reporting to the Business Process and Reporting Manager, day to day you will be responsible for:-
- Rostering and forecasting for a 24x7 multi-skilled Contact Centre
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on agent performance and telephony for the Contact Centre and external customers
- Weekly administration of payroll function for the Contact Centre
- Generate business performance reports as required
Desirable skills and experience:
- Advanced Excel and VBA skills and the ability to develop rosters without relying on a tool
- Previous rostering experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
