Trainer/Business Analyst 

 
Do you have training experience in the retail banking / mortgage processing sector and interested in adding to your skill set ?  
 
 
This well known IT Services organisation located in the Adelaide CBD currently has an opportunity for a Trainer/Business Analyst to work within a team of IT professionals specialising in the provision of training and business analysis to users of their Banking and Finance software applications. 
 
 
Previous training experience is essential and whilst it is preferable that you have had some exposure to business analysis work we welcome and recognise direct  banking and mortgage processing skills as an excellent platform to begin building your career in business analysis.  Candidates with the right attitude and a genuine passion to learn and excel in training and business analysis, working with a dynamic team, need only apply.   
 
 
Key responsibilities of the role will include: 
 
 

• Training new employees to the organisation as well as external customers using the Banking and Finance product suite provided by the organisation. 
  
• Develop training documentation to support the product suite. 
  
• Liaising with customers on their development requests ensuring requirements are clearly documented an agreed to by the customer
