With the continued growth of the Financial Planning business, our client has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join this established firm. Working within an experienced team, your ongoing development will be supported by a professional environment with personnel who have your professional development in mind.
The Role
The role would suit a dynamic individual, with a good record of Relationship management experience. The focus of the role will be working very closely with a regional Financial Planner to build very strong relationships to ensure that clients needs are met in a way that improves customer satisfaction which in turn contributes towards the goals of the company. This role will require extensive state based travel and some interstate travel. Duties and Responsibilities
Maintaining and building client relationships through quality advice and regular contact Providing ongoing service to clients Training seminars so that clients receive maximum benefit from the range of products Conduct regular meetings with clients to introduce new products and services Contributing to continuous process improvement Skills & Experience
RG 146 mandatory Tertiary qualification - preferred Superannuation and financial experience Ability to build and maintain relationships Excellent presentation skills
