Adviser Assistant | Financial Planning | $55k - $65k package
Our client is an established financial services group which has a retail client base in Australia, New Zealand and across the world. The products and services offered include wealth management, stockbroking, retail lending and relationship banking to small and large businesses and individuals.
We are now actively seeking for an Adviser Assistant for the financial planning division under their wealth management arm. You will work for one of the most sought after and recognized companies in the world.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in client enquiries and ensure client satisfaction in terms of customer service
- Provide assistance to planners and supporting corporate actions activities
- Support the enforcement of quality standards - review processes and standards
- Complete and check paperwork on advisers behalf and conduct all reviews
- Maintain working knowledge of financial services products and awareness of ASX / Corporate polices rules and legislation
To be considered for this role it is essential that you should have:
- Strong knowledge and experience as a Client Services Manager / Para planner
- Completed or pursuing your Diploma in Financial Planning (RG 146 Compliant)
- Demonstrate excellent financial services experience focusing on retail distribution
- Comprehensive MS skills, while using IRESS, Oscar, Broker, Spectra and Wrap online will be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication skills
- Possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree
