What's needed?
A gun senior suit with experience leading high-value integrated accounts. You'll ideally have a big agency background and will understand the highs and (lows?) of working as part of a global network. You get stakeholder management and can navigate your way around a client in seamless fashion. You're an inspirer, a protagonist of great ideas and a deliverer of the goods. You lead, manage, mentor and guide those beneath you (but of course you don't consider them beneath you, merely supporting the greater effort)
