Due to a promotion we have an new opportunity for a professionally presented receptionist. I am looking for a friendly and out going candidate to be the face and voice of this company. Your duties will include: - Managing calls directed through reception
- Organise couriers as required
- Distribute mail
- Coordinate meetings
- Meet and greet clients
- Typing up of correspondence
There is also the potential to take on extra duties and develop the administration support capacity of the role if this is what you desire. You could potentially provide admin support to senior management through travel arrangements and diary management. To be considered you must have: Intermediate skills in MS Office Strong organisational skills Flexible approach to duties as required Ability to work in a dynamic environment High level of confidentiality and discretion Professional presentation
